Coconut shell based Activated Carbon with its unique properties is a superior adsorbent,
making it the carbon of choice for a wide range of gas/vapour phase applications, water
treatment, Gold recovery metal extraction, sewerage treatment. A gram of Activated carbon
can have a surface area in excess of 1000 m2.
Special characteristics of coconut shell activated carbon are:
